Afcons Infrastructure Limited is a leading Indian multinational construction and engineering company. The role focuses on planning, mobilizing, and supervising large-scale civil projects, ensuring drawings are followed, and maintaining quality and safety on site.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in marine, port, or civil infrastructure projects, with strong coordination skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Masters Degree in Civil Engineering desirable.
• Minimum 5–10 years in large-scale civil construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Plan and mobilize project activities, coordinating daily, weekly and monthly programs.
• Interpret drawings and ensure execution as per drawings and approved method statements.
• Supervise site works, ensure quality conformance and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop site plans aligned with budget and construction schedule; maintain DPR.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and clients; manage RFIs and approvals.
• Ensure proper resource allocation and maintain records for client billing.
• Drive safety culture and IMS compliance; implement improvements as needed.
• Balance on-site and office duties; monitor progress and mitigate delays.
