Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Masters Degree in Civil Engineering desirable.
• Minimum 5–10 years in large-scale civil construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and mobilize project activities, coordinating daily, weekly and monthly programs.
• Interpret drawings and ensure execution as per drawings and approved method statements.
• Supervise site works, ensure quality conformance and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop site plans aligned with budget and construction schedule; maintain DPR.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and clients; manage RFIs and approvals.
• Ensure proper resource allocation and maintain records for client billing.
• Drive safety culture and IMS compliance; implement improvements as needed.
• Balance on-site and office duties; monitor progress and mitigate delays.
