Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in planning, developing, and implementing OSH programs
- Must be Safety Officer 2 certified (DOLE requirement)
- Knowledgeable in DOLE-required safety reports and documentation
- Familiar with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management and Work Environment Measurement (WEM).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies in compliance with ISO 45001 and DOLE regulations
- Prepare and manage required safety reports and documentation
- Handle administrative tasks including contracts, supplier relations, and facilities management
- Manage office supplies, company events, and vehicle coordination
- Ensure workplace safety standards and continuous improvement of OSH program
