Description
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits within the manufacturing facility.
- Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide safety training and resources to employees to promote a culture of safety.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to enhance workplace safety and health initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in a safety role within the manufacturing sector.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to develop safety training programs and conduct workshops.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in various environments within the manufacturing site, including production areas.
