Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Quality Value Engineering (QVE) and Cost Optimization Strategy (COS) initiatives at the BU level in the Philippines. You will consolidate performance data, track productivity targets, and drive cost-down plans with governance frameworks across multiple plants.

You will facilitate workshops, conduct teardowns, and collaborate with BU and R&D teams to ensure timely delivery and sustained improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, productivity or cost management.
• Experience in a cross-functional, multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and identify productivity opportunities.
• Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking and financial impact assessment.
• Experience with productivity dashboards, cost modeling and savings validation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
• Strong planning, prioritization and governance capabilities.
• Experience leading productivity, cost optimization, or continuous improvement programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops, reviews and cross-functional meetings.
