Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production operations based on forecasts and requirements.
• Direct and control daily activities to ensure smooth production flow.
• Drive attainment of quality, safety, sanitation, and GMP across products and workplace.
• Initiate process improvements and equipment upgrades.
• Verify and submit accurate production reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional units to align production goals.
