Zenith Foods Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (Specialist) to provide comprehensive HR support, drive employee engagement, and align people strategies with business objectives at Canlubang, Laguna.

The role partners with line managers to ensure fair implementation of the Code of Conduct, manages end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, training records, and workforce planning while adhering to labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years as HRBP, preferably in food manufacturing, handling end-to-end HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation, and job analysis frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Champions employee engagement initiatives and leads programs for strong employee relations.
• Represents the organization in government learning programs on labor laws and their workplace application.
• Guides line managers to ensure fair, consistent Code of Conduct implementation.
• Develops and manages HR programs within allocated budgets.
• Oversees workforce planning and ensures documentation is complete and accurate.
• Leads recruitment from interviews to timely hiring for key roles.
• Maintains and verifies training records for employee development.

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (Specialist)

The Human Resources Business Partner (Specialist) plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support services to employees within the company. This position fosters employee engagement, addresses employee relations, and drives organizational growth by aligning people strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Champions employee engagement initiatives and leads programs to enhance employee relations while ensuring active participation and compliance across designated accounts.
• Represents the organization in government-initiated learning programs focused on labor laws and supports their application in the workplace.
• Provides expert guidance to line managers to ensure fair and consistent implementation of the company’s Code of Conduct, particularly for cases within their area of responsibility.
• Develops, proposes, and manages HR programs, ensuring efficient use of allocated budgets.
• Oversees workforce planning by ensuring the preparation and completion of necessary documentation.
• Facilitates developing and reviewing job competency matrices, ensuring documentation is thorough and accurate.
• Leads the recruitment process, from conducting interviews to ensuring timely hiring for key positions.
• Maintains, organizes, and verifies the accuracy of training records and related documentation to support employee development programs.

Job Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• With at least two (2) years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a food manufacturing setting, managing end-to-end HR operations or business partnerships.
• Well-versed in key HR areas, including but not limited to employee engagement, employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and project management.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation systems, and job analysis frameworks.
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work in a Canlubang, Laguna.
