Job summary

Curran Daly & Associates is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for a manufacturing organization based in Central Luzon.

The role partners with plant and senior management to ensure workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and people development are effective. A strategic, hands-on leader will drive policy development and safety compliance while optimizing productivity and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8–10+ years HR/Admin experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Manufacturing sector experience required.
• Proven team leadership and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR and Administration function, including people management and day-to-day HR operations.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, manpower requirements, recruitment, and retention.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary and administrative cases, attendance, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and people programs aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, occupational health and safety regulations, and government requirements.
• Manage relationships with outsourced manpower agencies, service providers, and other external vendors.
• Oversee site administration and support services, including facilities, security, housekeeping, transportation, and other employee/site-related services.
• Drive training, capability development, employee welfare, and organizational development initiatives.
• Work with management to identify opportunities to improve employee productivity, workplace culture, and operational efficiency.
• Represent the organization in dealings with DOLE, local government units, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.
