• Significant experience in plant or manufacturing operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of production, warehouse, logistics, quality, and maintenance operations.
• Experience leading and coordinating multiple departments or functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of GMP, food safety, and quality management systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Head to lead the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant and ensure that production, quality, safety, inventory, equipment, and logistics work together efficiently.

This role works closely with department heads and top management to keep plant operations aligned with business objectives while continuously improving productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
