Job summary

Sealed Air in Manila is seeking a Finance/FP&A professional to support plant-level inventory, working-capital, and cost assumptions. You will build the plant-level budget/forecast model, refresh forecasts for year-to-date actuals, and maintain the savings forecast across initiatives and plants.

The role requires 4–6 years in finance, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and experience with SAP BIA/B4P/HANA or OneStream and Power BI to drive cost optimization and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, analysis or supply chain finance.
• Experience leading or supporting financial planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing/supply chain finance concepts including PPV, inventory, freight costs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate plant-level data to support AOP and forecasts.
• Build and refresh plant-level budget/forecast models.
• Create initiative-level roadmaps for productivity and cost-savings programs.
• Own monthly COGS variance analysis by plant and cost element.
