Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Manila-based Financial Analyst to support FP&A activities for segments and operating units. You will partner with finance teams, operations, and accounting to drive forecasting, AOP, and long-range planning, while delivering management reporting and executive-ready insights.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a detail-oriented approach to improve reporting quality and efficiency across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
• 4–6 years of FP&A, finance experience, preferably in a multinational.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems (SAP, OneStream, BIA/B4P/HANA).
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau experience a plus.
• Excellent English communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A planning, forecasting, AOP, and LRP for Segments and OUs.
• Prepare planning templates, schedules, analyses, and exec review materials.
• Consolidate results and perform variance analysis vs forecast, budget, and prior year.
• Develop exec-ready materials summarizing performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial support.
