Job summary

Sealed Air seeks a Finance Manager (FP&A) based in Manila to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning across segments and operating units. You will consolidate results, develop management reports, and provide decision-support to executives.

The role partners with Operations Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate analyses, while driving automation and process improvements. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CPA, CMA or MBA preferred for leadership roles.
• 7+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience, multinational experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manila FP&A support for forecasting, AOP, and LRP processes.
• Coordinate financial consolidations and planning templates for onshore teams.
• Prepare planning materials, schedules and scenario analyses for leadership.
• Drive standardized reporting, governance timelines, and automation initiatives.
• Develop analyses for business cases, investments, and financial improvements.
• Coach and develop Manila-based FP&A analysts and manage workload.
