Job summary

Sealed Air seeks a Finance Manager to lead Manila-based FP&A, driving forecasting, AOP, and long-range planning across segments and operating units. This role partners with operations finance, accounting, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analyses and reports.

You will oversee budgeting, financial performance, and decision support, manage a team of FP&A analysts, and drive automation to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably within a multinational.
• Experience leading or supervising finance professionals.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, planning and reporting.
• Experience with SAP, BIA/B4P/HANA, OneStream or similar ERP/planning systems.
• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel, VBA, Power Query.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manila FP&A support for forecasts, AOP and LRP for segments and OUs.
• Coordinate consolidations, planning templates and system updates.
• Prepare planning materials, schedules, scenario analyses and leadership docs.
• Drive timely planning deliverables and governance across cycles.
• Lead recurring management reporting, EBITDA bridges and KPI dashboards.
• Consolidate results and perform variance analysis against forecasts.
• Provide analytical support for monthly business reviews and initiatives.
• Develop executive materials and partner with onshore FP&A for strategic projects.
• Coach and develop Manila-based FP&A analysts and manage workload.
