Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years in finance, FP&A, or supply chain/manufacturing finance.
• Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance concepts like PPV, inventory, and margins.
• Experience with SAP, OneStream, Power BI or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate plant-level data to support AOP/forecast cycles.
• Build and refresh plant-level budget/forecast model with YTD actuals.
• Develop roadmap for OU productivity and cost-savings programs by plant/quarter.
• Refresh plant-level manufacturing and logistics cost assumptions for forecasts.
• Prepare monthly COGS variance analysis by cost element and support commentary.
• Extract PMVE actuals and build plant-level PMVE bridge for onshore review.
• Conduct root-cause analyses on COGS, margin, and inventory variances.
• Oversee productivity/savings tracker and flag at-risk initiatives.
• Quality-check KPI reporting package before distribution.
• Build financial models and analyses for leadership, including capacity scenarios.
• Create make-vs-buy and TCO analyses; quantify savings and payback.
• Analyze purchasing spend and PPV trends for cost-savings opportunities.
• Analyze freight and warehousing costs for summary insights.
• Own monthly plant cost center performance analysis and cross-plant benchmarking.
