Job summary

Sealed Air in Manila seeks a Financial Analyst to support FP&A activities across Segments and OUs. You will partner with Operations Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to forecast, plan, report, and provide decision-support materials for leaders globally.

The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and detail‑oriented with strong financial acumen and effective communication across a multinational organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of finance/FP&A experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning, and management reporting.
• Familiarity with P&L, margin, and cost performance in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP, BIA/B4P/HANA, OneStream or similar ERP/planning systems.
• Strong Excel skills; Power Query/VBA or financial modeling a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, AOP, and Long-Range Planning for segments and OUs.
• Prepare planning templates, schedules, analyses, and executive materials.
• Consolidate results and perform variance analyses against forecasts and budgets.
• Develop ERP and planning system updates and governance supporting planning deliverables.
• Produce management packages, EBITDA bridges, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality FP&A support.
