Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Finance Business Partner for In House Manufacturing Finance. You will strengthen inventory governance, ensure accuracy of inventory balances, and partner with Supply Chain and Operations to drive cost control and reporting integrity.

The role requires a solid foundation in inventory accounting, hands-on experience with cycle counts, and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders across global sites. Based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant finance experience in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory control, or business partnering.
• Strong expertise in inventory control and reconciliation.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
• Ability to influence and present to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce governance over materials, finished goods, and consigned inventory.
• Track and drive cycle counts and year-end counts with adherence to procedures.
• Prepare monthly and annual inventory reports and provide variance analyses.
• Partner with Supply Chain and external manufacturing partners to improve process discipline.
• Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making.
