Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with Manufacturing and Corporate Operations, delivering budget, forecast, cost control, and performance analyses. The role focuses on driving profitability and operational efficiency across plant sites.

You will prepare financial models, dashboards, and reports, evaluate capital investments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, manufacturing finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Rosario, Cavite or Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, forecast, and long-range financial planning across manufacturing and non-manufacturing functions.
• Analyze monthly results and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Monitor manufacturing costs including materials, labor, overhead, and subcontracting; identify cost savings.
• Support standard costing activities and investigate variances related to cost, volume, mix, and efficiency.
• Prepare management reports, financial models, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate capital investment proposals using ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses.
• Track and report savings from productivity, automation, and compliance with policies.
• Provide actionable financial insights and presentations to senior leadership.
