Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize and standardize stamping, modeling and assembly processes within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role involves designing and developing manufacturing process platforms and automation platforms, applying these platforms to support new product development and optimization of existing products, and ensuring processes run at optimum levels to maximize quality and output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or local equivalent with at least 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
• Experience in optimizing stamping, modeling, assembly and other manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Optimizing and standardizing stamping, modeling, assembly, and other processes within the manufacturing environment.
• Designing and developing manufacturing process platforms and automation platforms.
• Applying process platforms for the realization of new product development as well as optimization of existing products already in production.
• Ensuring processes are running at an optimum level for maximizing quality and output levels.
