Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of engineers and technicians responsible for the development and maintenance of data and systems that drive efficient, consistent, and cost‑effective manufacturing of current and future products, ensuring compliance with all required safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate manufacturing and/or distribution functions for the planning and installation of new products, processes, and manufacturing projects.
• Manage the allocation of limited resources to support specific functions (e.g., Manufacturing Engineering, Business Unit Manager) related to budgets, scheduling, tools, and human resources.
• Understand core competencies and actively seek to improve underlying science and maintain the discipline of standardized improvement processes.
• Apply known technologies and processes that further enhance the quality and consistency of manufacturing.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting; review the technical feasibility of proposed solutions to manufacturing issues.
• Provide support, training, guidance, and professional development advice to employees to ensure their ongoing job satisfaction and career growth.
• Perform administrative tasks related to performance management, payroll planning, succession planning, training, and development of direct reports to maintain core competencies and develop new skills within the team.
• Represent Manufacturing Engineering in cross‑functional and cross‑unit projects when required.

Qualifications
