Job summary

MANILA CATERING CORPORATION seeks an HVAC Technician to maintain, install, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in an industrial food manufacturing setting. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, freezers, AHUs, and refrigeration systems, ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance.

Requires a technical diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Refrigeration Technology, 2–4 years of HVAC experience, knowledge of chillers and refrigeration cycles, PLC

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and refrigeration cycles.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, freezers, air handling units, and refrigeration systems.
• Install new HVAC equipment and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and airflow to ensure GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
• Implement energy-saving practices and optimize system performance.
• Follow safety protocols, maintain refrigerant records, and comply with environmental regulations.
• Work closely with production, QA/QC, and engineering teams to support operational needs.
