Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• 3-5 years hands-on accounting experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in manufacturing/retail accounting with cost accounting, inventory management, and sales revenue tracking.
• Coordination with operations teams, supply chain departments, and external auditors.
• Track record of streamlining accounting processes and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 1-5 accounting staff.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and meet tight deadlines.
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships and accounts payable.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial managers.
