Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in creative studio operations or related roles.
• Experience leading large, multi-layered teams in client-service or production.
• Strong workflow management, SLA delivery, utilization and client escalation.
• Proven P&L and budget ownership and cost management.
• Experience designing extended-hours delivery (24x5/24x7).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and related design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manila design studio as the senior operational leader with full-time presence.
• Manage day-to-day operations, decision-making, escalation, and continuity.
• Define operating structure across managers, team leaders, and production teams.
• Ensure service levels, turnaround times, quality, and client commitments.
• Oversee staffing, capacity planning, utilization, and delivery performance.
• Lead escalation resolution and client issue handling.
• Governance across client accounts.
• Develop roadmap to transition from 16x5 to 24x5 and 24x7.
