Job summary

Capgemini in Manila seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of innovative solutions for internal and external customers worldwide. You will lead the Delivery Team remotely from Manila, ensuring projects meet scope, time, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall Project Management experience with 4+ years in Data Integration or Middleware projects.
• 2+ years of Technical Project Manager experience managing offshore teams with international end-customers.
• 2+ years’ experience in a Delivery leadership capacity.
• Strong leadership, ethics, and sound judgment in a consulting context.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Trello, Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for successful project delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Provide quality control on customer engagements and assist in financial/resource tracking.
• Engage stakeholders on requirements clarification and prioritization.
• Onboard teams, define interactions, and set up project controls per SOW.
• Create project plans and documents aligned with PMO standards.
• Manage RAID and develop contingency plans and mitigations.
• Guide teams on Agile/Waterfall methodologies and motivate performance.
• Support change control processes and obtain approvals from the Change Control Board.
• Deliver status reports and conduct follow-up meetings with customers.
• Foster trusted partnerships with customers and improve delivery methodologies.
