Grab Philippines is seeking a seasoned Sales Operations professional to design and execute sales strategies across the PH market. You will work with Commercial, Product Analytics, and Finance to deliver data-driven plans that optimize revenue, customer segments, and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business and sales operations, ideally within Adtech, SaaS, or B2B sectors.
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience influencing cross-functional processes and operating in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key partner for the Commercial Country Head and Country Sales Managers in PH.
• Lead the execution of country market planning and business reviews.
• Analyse key sales and performance indicators to inform strategic and tactical decisions while ensuring sales forecast accuracy.
• Support sales teams in monitoring and forecasting against quarterly targets for revenue and other KPIs.
• Provide market and sales data intelligence to aid the sales team in forming strategic business cases.
• Partner with sales leadership to define sales strategies and requirements for business systems (e.g., CRM).
• Ensure integrity of sales and customer data by advocating proper usage of tools like Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Regional Operations to enhance sales operations efficiency at the country level.
