HedgeServ Corporation in Manila is seeking a Middle Office Associate to support trading desk activities across trade capture, affirmations, and pricing. You will interact with Agent Banks and private servicing agents, monitor loans, and resolve issues while gaining exposure to global markets and a broad trading cycle.

The role also involves client reporting deliverables and potential technology development as part of a fast-growing team.

Formación

• 1–3 years of hedge fund, private credit, or financial services experience.
• Knowledge of syndicated bank loans and credit markets.
• Experience with loan administration, loan closing, or loan servicing.
• Understanding of LSTA/LMA standard documentation and terms.
• Ability to read and analyze Credit Agreements.
• Experience with bank loan administration systems or loan research tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up new loan facilities in HedgeServ's proprietary system.
• Monitor involuntary maintenance events (paydowns, drawdowns, rate changes).
• Obtain facility details through interaction with Agent Bank or servicing agents.
• Identify missing paydowns, drawdowns, or restructures.
• Resolve broker and bank issues related to loan positions with Investment Manager help.
• Review trade confirmations, assignment agreements, and pricing for accuracy.
