Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• 1–2 years in investment operations, derivatives operations, securities operations or related financial-services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and operational controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end post-trade lifecycle for OTC, cleared, and exchange-traded derivatives.
• Perform trade processing activities including validation, allocation, matching, confirmation and exception resolution.
• Execute and monitor cash, trade and collateral settlements, resolving discrepancies.
• Perform reconciliations of position, transaction and cash and investigate breaks.
• Manage collateral and margin activities, including margin calls and movements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, custodians, clearing brokers and other teams to resolve issues.
• Complete operational controls, reporting, documentation and audit support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and operational resilience.
