Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue, visibility and lead generation
• Design unified sales and marketing plans that align with overall business goals
• Lead negotiations and close high‑value deals with dealers, developers, contractors and project owners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, driving sustainable growth for the company
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales and marketing
• Oversee digital and traditional advertising campaigns to attract target clients
• Support the creation and maintenance of client and partners databases and optimization efforts
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals and KPIs
• Recruit, train and guide sales and marketing employees to meet individual and group quotas
• Prepare and control annual department budgets while tracking return on investment
