Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in an engineering leadership role.
• Solid understanding of cyber security principles, privileged access controls, and identity security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automation.
• Strong people management, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and delivery oversight.
• Track record of driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement within teams.

About the Role

As Senior Lead Engineer, you will be the Manila-based lead for Identity Engineering, overseeing capabilities spanning Privileged Access Management (PAM), User Access Management (UAM), PKI, and identity data. This is a leadership-first role: we're looking for someone who can lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers across multiple identity domains — not a single-domain specialist.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping technical strategy, uplifting engineering standards, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the platform. You'll be accountable for technical delivery, people leadership, and alignment with global cyber and engineering practices.

What You'll Do
