Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years experience in identity management and security.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of engineering and operations for IAM.
• Execute Identity Lifecycle Management using Microsoft Identity Manager.
• Lead deployment of Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Manage Entra-ID and Active Directory environments.
• Drive the Zero Trust journey in IAM practices.
• Develop automation scripts using C# and PowerShell.
• Mentor and upskill team members for career development.
• Lead IAM project work to enhance capabilities.

Skills

Strong understanding of IAM and PAM concepts

Proficiency with Entra-ID (Azure Active Directory)

Experience with JML processes using Microsoft Identity Manager

Proficiency in Access Governance technologies

Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions

Scripting and automation skills (C#, PowerShell)

Strong problem-solving skills

Education
