Job summary

EY in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Technical Process Lead for Identity Analytics within IAM Operations. You will drive operational IAM support, oversee AD/Entra ID environments, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity services in hybrid cloud setups.

You will collaborate with global teams, apply ITIL/Agile practices, and mentor others while focusing on security, data protection, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID components and synchronization.
• Experience supporting identity management in large hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.
• End user support knowledge for Outlook/Exchange.
• Strong understanding of IAM operations, services, processes and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and data reporting/visualization.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile project management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis to improve IAM operational support processes and tools.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements from trends in issues and incidents.
• Raise deviations of operational processes with service standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Service Owners on technical operational matters.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical and service issues and guide teams.
• Provide expert advice on operational queries related to services.
• Work with IT Services Operations, IT Solutions Delivery, and IT Strategy to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM processes with initiatives.
• Communicate project updates to team leads and leadership.
• Serve as SME on operational support in project settings and ensure alignment.
• Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Advocate for user experience improvements in processes and tools.
• Evaluate tools/technologies for IAM service support and enhancements.
• Provide training and mentorship on IAM processes, tools, and best practices.
• Build relationships with other IAM groups to ensure cohesive processes.
• Interface with peers across Operations to plan/deliver IAM services.
