Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a seasoned IAM professional to govern identity and access management for managed services. You will lead IAM strategy, oversee MSP delivery, and drive automation to cut tickets while enforcing privileged access policies and governance.

You will collaborate with IT security, ITOPS, and business units, ensuring IAM/PAM operations meet SLAs and risk standards. A Bachelor's in IT or Cybersecurity is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years IAM/PAM experience.
• Experience with managed services or outsourced IAM delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools.
• Experience in governance, audit, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven automation and ticket reduction experience.

Responsibilities

• Govern IAM/PAM governance for the MSP to ensure SLA adherence and high-quality service.
• Lead IAM strategy, including internal, customer identity and privileged access management.
• Oversee implementation, configuration, and optimization of IAM platforms and applications.
• Define and enforce privileged access policies and on-boarding/offboarding into PAM.
• Monitor privileged access risks, incidents, and automation initiatives to reduce tickets.
• Manage IAM MSP performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance.
