Job summary

Samsung C&T Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead tender preparation for civil infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia from Manila. The role requires deep knowledge of Primavera P6, WBS, and schedule logic, with coordination across technical, estimation, and procurement teams.

You will develop comprehensive tender programmes, manage multiple workstreams, and present planning clarifications to clients.

Qualifications

5–8 years of professional experience in project scheduling and planning for infrastructure/civil projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6 with ability to develop comprehensive tender programmes.
Strong understanding of WBS, CPM, resource loading and schedule optimization.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive Tender Programmes in accordance with client requirements for large-scale infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.
Establish detailed WBS and schedule logic, including critical path and resource loading.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, estimation, procurement) and subcontractors to consolidate inputs.
Update programmes during tender periods to reflect design changes and clarifications.
Prepare narrative explanations of scheduling logic for tender submissions.
