Qualifications

• Strong foundation in corporate, commercial, and contract law with regulatory experience.
• Litigation and dispute resolution experience including pleadings and strategy.
• Excellent legal writing, analysis, and communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor juniors and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Bar admission and a law degree; prior associate/senior associate experience is beneficial.
• Comfort with legal research platforms and technology; openness to learning.
