Job summary

GSMH Law is seeking a capable attorney in the Philippines to provide legal research, drafting, and advisory services across multiple practice areas. You will assist in preparing contracts, pleadings, and corporate documents while representing clients before courts and agencies.

Philippine Bar passer in good standing.

Strong academic background and legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

Provide legal research, drafting, and advisory services across multiple practice areas.
Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, pleadings, and corporate documents.
Represent clients before courts, quasi-judicial agencies, and government offices.
Support senior lawyers in negotiations, transactions, and hearings.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with firm policies and legal practice.
