Visa, a global leader in payments technology, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client implementations and ongoing change requests. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, document requirements, and guide clients through Visa regulations, fees, features, and functionality.

The role emphasizes daily collaboration with product, technology, and operations, and requires practical knowledge of digital payments, APIs, and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, payments, fintech, or tech support operations.
• Strong project management with timelines, status reporting, risks and issue resolution.
• Ability to coordinate internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Comfort with documenting requirements and guiding clients through implementation activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management of implementations for Visa clients in the assigned region.
• Manage routine and non-routine processing and change requests.
• Act as liaison for the client and provide problem management and process improvements.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet client objectives and maintain performance standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
• Build relationships with client institutions, processors, and internal teams.
• Represent client requirements to internal Visa organizations and drive delivery on commitments.
• Report project accomplishments to management monthly and update internal support documents.
• Support biannual business enhancements and Visa mandates.
