Visa is seeking an experienced project manager to lead implementations for client institutions and processors across regions. You will gather requirements, coordinate internal resources, and guide customers through technical and regulatory considerations.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in banking/tech support, strong project-management discipline, and fluency in Arabic, Russian, and French. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and digital fluency with emerging AI tools.

Competenze

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree.
• Experience in banking or financial services industries or a technical support role.
• Experience in managing project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
• Experience in coordinating internal and external resources for project delivery.
• Experience in troubleshooting and documenting technical issues.
• Experience in client consultative guidance and requirements gathering.
• Fluency in speaking Arabic, Russian, and French

Mansioni

• Lead project implementations for Visa client institutions and processors in assigned region.
• Manage routine and non-routine, moderately complex processing and change requests, as well as support client initiatives.
• Act as liaison for the client, provide problem management and proactive identification of processing efficiencies.
• Coordinate internal resources to accomplish Visa and client objectives and ensure processing system performance standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
• Build and enhance positive working relationships with Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations.
