Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or an Advanced Degree.
• Knowledge of banking, financial services, payments, fintech, or technical support operations.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, status reporting, risks, and issue resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Structured approach to troubleshooting and documenting technical issues.
• Consultative communication skills to gather requirements and guide clients through implementation.
• Digital mindset with proficiency in AI tools such as Generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management of implementations for Visa client institutions and processors in assigned region.
• Manage routine and non-routine processing and change requests and support client initiatives.
• Act as liaison for the client, provide problem management and proactively identify processing efficiencies.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet Visa and client objectives and maintain performance standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs.
• Build and enhance relationships with client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent client requirements to internal Visa teams and drive delivery on commitments.
