Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking a proactive Project/Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives across a content publishing platform, advertising and internal tooling. You will coordinate scope, timelines, risks and resources, while aligning requirements across product, engineering, business and data teams.

You will manage tickets and milestones, run regular status meetings, support release governance and ensure go-live readiness, with clear leadership dashboards and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project/delivery management experience; fresh graduates with strong project practice acceptable.
• Solid understanding of software project lifecycles; familiar with agile or waterfall approaches.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence); able to communicate with backend and frontend teams.
• Strong communication, multi‑tasking, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of internal platforms and projects; coordinate scope, timeline, risk, and resources.
• Facilitate requirement alignment among product, engineering, business and data teams; organize workshops and document requirements.
• Manage project tickets, milestones, and progress; conduct regular sync meetings and escalate risks to stakeholders.
• Oversee release governance, pre-release reviews, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain project documentation including wiki, meeting minutes, and decision logs.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration for data-related initiatives and change requests.
