You will participate in all project stages, analyze risks, translate requirements into tasks for developers, and coordinate release planning with teams.

• Participate in all stages of project execution and identify risks.
• Translate business requirements into actionable development items.
• Understand architecture and suggest improvements as needed.

• Communicate across units and optimize work processes.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

• Complete projects on schedule with high quality and report status regularly.
