Job summary

Capgemini Philippines is seeking a Mandarin Innovation PMO Lead to drive end-to-end project management for innovation, R&D and product development, with Mandarin proficiency.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, manage risks and track KPIs, while improving processes to ensure on-time delivery and value realization. The role is hybrid in McKinley, Taguig, and requires strong Japanese/English communication for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese and English for stakeholder management.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, governance, and reporting.
• Experience in CPG or FMCG environments.

Responsibilities

• Innovation Process Management: Directs the full life cycle of innovation projects, including feasibility studies, product development, and business case approval.
• Team Leadership: Conducts kick-off meetings and guides cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and strategic objectives.
• Mandarin Communication & Reporting: Facilitates communications between stakeholders, including progress updates and lessons learned, while providing Mandarin language support.
• Risk & Performance Management: Identifies project bottlenecks, manages risks, and implements corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of project deliverables, milestones, and deviations from the original plan.
