Job summary

KumuMedia Technologies, Inc. is seeking a bilingual IT Project Manager (English–Mandarin) to drive execution across distributed tech teams in the Philippines.

You will ensure product and engineering initiatives are clearly defined, aligned, and delivered on time, acting as the bridge between the executive team and China-based engineering groups—translating business priorities into actionable plans and driving accountability across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• 1–4+ years of IT project management or technical program management.
• Experience coordinating distributed or cross-border teams.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution.
• Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of IT projects and engineering initiatives.
• Translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
