Based in Pasay with a dayshift schedule and remote work setup, you will manage product data within the PIM system and align with marketing goals. The role requires 4–6 years in product data management or marketing operations, Mandarin and English fluency, and hands-on experience with PIM systems and marketing tech stacks.

Qualifications

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years in product data management, marketing operations or related fields with digital marketing or e-commerce focus.
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector or similar industries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and update product information within the PIM system.
• Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Content teams and Senior PDM to support data integration.
• Enforce governance policies to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Support data integration into digital marketing platforms and optimize workflows.

Requirements of the job

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
  Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Having a minimum of 4–6 years in product data management, marketing operations, or related fields, with emphasis on digital marketing or e-commerce environments.
• Having prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector or similar industries, with a strong understanding of product data’s role in marketing effectiveness.
• Hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems; familiarity with marketing technology stacks. Basic knowledge of data integration and automation workflows is advantageous.
