Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an IT Operations/Application Support professional to assist the IT Asset Management team in managing Globe's IT assets, tracking, reclamation, and disposal of hardware across the enterprise. The role focuses on ensuring stable application services, monitoring health, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to restore services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Basic understanding of application architectures and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of assigned applications and digital services.
Monitor application health and service performance using approved monitoring tools.
Perform initial technical investigation and troubleshooting of application issues.
Coordinate with development teams, vendors, and infrastructure teams to restore services.
Participate in deployment, release, and change implementation activities.
Validate operational readiness before production deployment and support post-implementation stabilization.
