Job Description
The Administrative Specialist provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation within the organization. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and supporting project execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and meeting agendas.
- Provide support for project coordination and task management.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Specialist or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), both written and spoken, is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with occasional requirements for overtime.
- Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig City
