J-K Netwok Services in Pasay City, Philippines, is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Manager to support its Mandarin team for a multinational consulting company. The role features dayshift hours (9am-6pm, Monday–Friday) with a work-from-home setup.

• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
• Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, ensuring decisions and updates reach all stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating essential information and supporting materials.
• Develop strong relationships and promote continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Exhibit strong strategic influence to drive cross-functional teams toward execution.
• Demonstrate solid technical and organizational abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and communicate effectively with international teams.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
• Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
