What You'll Do

As our Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of our services, and driving our growth strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operational Leadership:Oversee all aspects of our live selling and short video production services, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

• P&L Management:Take ownership of the operational P&L, focusing on revenue generation, cost optimization, and overall profitability.

• National & Regional Expansion Strategy:Leverage your experience in nationwide multi-store expansion to develop and implement scalable operational frameworks for our services, enabling rapid growth.

• Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Process Optimization:Design, implement, and refine robustStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)that support nationwide consistency and efficiency, ensuring seamless scalability of our operations.

• Strategic Growth:Work closely with the CEO to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

• Client Relations:Maintain strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Extensive Retail Multi-Store Management Experience:You have a strong background in managing multiple retail locations, demonstrating expertise in operations, sales, and team leadership.

• Proven P&L Responsibility:You have a track record of successfully managing P&L statements, driving revenue growth, and controlling costs within a business unit or multiple locations.

• Nationwide Expansion Expertise (SOP & Scalability):You possess in-depth, hands-on experience in expanding multi-store operations across a nation, including the development and successful implementation of comprehensive SOPs and scalable systems for rapid growth.
