Job summary

Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager – R&D to lead power electronics development and product platforming at Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

You will study government initiatives, shape architecture, document specifications, and drive collaborative development with partners. The role requires a strong background in power electronics, drives, inverters, and SMPS, with a B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. in Power Electronics.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. in Power Electronics or related field.
• Strong background in power electronics and product architecture.
• Experience with drives, inverters and SMPS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Study government initiatives and market scenario in application landscapes.
• Study market and competitive offers and create business case study.
• Detailed breakdown creation for product architecture.
• Documentation of specification and drive product platforming.
• Develop collaborative partners for multiple product development.
