Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Product Owner - Website to own and evolve LK‑EA.com and its digital ecosystem. You will manage the product vision, roadmap, architecture governance, and delivery across CMS, PIM, and integrations, ensuring security, accessibility, and business outcomes.

You will lead a cross‑functional team across Marketing, IT, Security, Analytics, and Sales, overseeing SEO, analytics, and GA4 dashboards to drive growth and better customer journeys.

Qualifications

  • Education: E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline. MBA or certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Digital Transformation are preferred.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of overall experience, including 5 or more years in digital product ownership, enterprise website management, CMS, PIM, digital commerce, search, SEO, analytics, or customer-facing digital platforms.
  • Enterprise exposure: Demonstrated experience managing scalable, secure, integrated platforms in a matrixed enterprise environment.

Job Title: Product Owner - Website

Function: Digital Innovation & Technology

Location: Powai, Mumbai

1. Role

Own and continuously evolve Lauritz Knudsen’s end-to-end digital experience ecosystem—including LK-EA.com, Builder.io CMS, PIM, digital assets, enterprise search, SEO, analytics, and connected integrations—into a scalable, secure, customer‑centric platform that contributes to business growth.

The role serves as the single enterprise‑level point of accountability for digital strategy, roadmap, architecture governance, delivery, operations, budget, and measurable business outcomes across LK‑EA’s public digital footprint.

2. Organizational Context and Scope
  • Portfolio: LK-EA.com and its sub-sites; Builder.io CMS; Product Information Management (PIM); Digital Asset Management (DAM); enterprise search through OpenSearch; the SEO and analytics stack; and integrations with SFDC, SFMC, and CIAM/Auth0.
  • Business impact: The primary digital channel for product discovery, customer and partner engagement, lead generation, and self‑service.
  • Operating environment: An enterprise‑scale, secure, integrated, multi‑vendor ecosystem spanning Business, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, Security, and Analytics.
3. Key Accountabilities
  1. Digital platform strategy and ownership: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, governance model, and business outcomes for LK‑EA.com and its broader ecosystem. Improve customer discovery, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and self‑service journeys.
  2. Website, CMS, and content governance: Own the Builder.io architecture, templates, workflows, publishing controls, content standards, brand compliance, SEO readiness, accessibility, and platform availability.
  3. Product data and digital assets: Govern PIM, DAM, taxonomy, attributes, metadata, product descriptions, and imagery to ensure completeness, consistency, and quality across customer‑facing journeys.
  4. Search, SEO, analytics, and growth: Lead OpenSearch indexing, relevance, filters, synonyms, and ranking; oversee technical SEO, metadata, Core Web Vitals, and organic visibility; and use GA4 dashboards and funnel insights to drive continuous optimization.
  5. Architecture, engineering, and delivery governance: Provide engineering leadership and functional oversight across Svelte/SvelteKit, AWS services, MongoDB, OpenSearch, CIAM/Auth0, SFDC, SFMC, and related integrations. Maintain disciplined Agile delivery using Jira, Confluence, and Git/GitHub.
  6. Cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and accessibility: Embed secure‑by‑design practices and ensure alignment with DPDP requirements, cybersecurity controls, audit expectations, accessibility standards, and web‑governance policies.
  7. People, vendor, and stakeholder leadership: Lead Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Content teams; manage vendors and implementation partners; oversee sprint ceremonies, backlog prioritization, UAT, release governance, and SLA performance; and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, Security, Analytics, and senior leadership.
4. Domain Ownership
  • Web estate: LK-EA.com and all associated sub‑sites.
  • Content and publishing: io CMS, templates, and publishing workflows.
  • Product content: PIM, DAM, taxonomy, attributes, metadata, and digital assets.
  • Search: OpenSearch and the complete search‑relevance stack.
  • Digital growth: Technical and on‑page SEO, Core Web Vitals, GA4 analytics, and dashboards.
  • Integrations: CIAM/Auth0, SFDC, SFMC, MongoDB, and AWS services.
5. Required Education and Experience

  • Integrate vendor and in‑house resources into a unified, high‑velocity delivery squad.
  • Publish and operationalize a 12–18 month roadmap for LK‑EA.com, supported by measurable improvements in priority customer journeys.
  • Deliver a demonstrable improvement in SEO or Core Web Vitals and a measurable increase in lead generation or conversion.
  • Establish repeatable governance routines for content, SEO, PIM, and cybersecurity that support audit readiness.
