Job summary

Csod is seeking a Procurement Manager in Metro Manila, Philippines to lead category strategy across warehousing, outbound logistics and marketing services, and to harvest market intelligence content in these key areas.

You will oversee end-to-end sourcing projects, drive opportunity assessments, and coach spend owners in sourcing events while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and maximizing value from suppliers.

• Conduct and lead sourcing projects for warehousing, outbound logistics and marketing services.
• Oversee Source to Contract process for non-trade items, ensure policy compliance and maximize supplier value; coach spend owners in sourcing events.

Job description

The Procurement Manager is responsible for the following:

• harvest market intelligence content in the key categories (particularly Warehousing, Outbound Logistics, and Marketing Services)
• infuse category insights and strategies into opportunity assessments and initiatives
• conduct and lead sourcing projects for key categories (particularly Warehousing, Outbound Logistics and Marketing Services)
• through effective oversight of the Source to Contract process for non trade items, ensure not only compliance to the Watsons NT procurement Policy but also ensure that spend owners maximize the value contributed by suppliers; this includes coaching and enabling spend owners (who are non-procurement personnel) in the conduct of sourcing events within their respective areas.
