Job summary

Csod in Pasay, Philippines seeks a Non-Trade Procurement Supervisor to manage and deliver procurement requirements across departments essential to business operations.

You will process purchase requests for goods and services, coordinate with SM WPP for supplier sourcing and bids, and manage deliveries to stores or warehouses using Zycus.

Additionally, you will encode requests in monitoring forms and prepare reports and metrics to analyze procurement results for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests on goods & services required by various departments.
• Coordinates with SM WPP for the sourcing of suppliers, bids/ quotations of store furniture, fixtures, store office equipment and other goods.
• Process purchase requests through Zycus Coordinates with SM WPP and suppliers for the delivery of requested items either directly to the stores or warehouse/s.
• Encodes all purchase requests in the monitoring form.
• Prepare reports and metrics and analyze results

The Non-Trade Procurement Supervisor is responsible on the management and delivery on procurement requirements of various departments needed on the business operations. The procurement may be related with goods and services that will support on business continuity.
