Job summary

The EnterpriseResourcePlanning (ERP)Center of Excellence Manager provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and governance across enterprise ERP competencies including Master Data Management & Reporting, End User Support, System Configuration, andERP SystemEnhancement Management. This role ensures standardized processes, system integrity, and scalable ERP capabilities in support of enterprise Finance, Supply Chain, and HumanResourceswhile driving continuous improvement and platform optimization.

Essential functions

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and governance for ERP operations across multiple functional towers, ensuring alignment with GBS strategy, enterprise priorities, and platform roadmaps.
• Manage and develop a team of ERP leaders, professionals, setting goals, reviewing performance, and supporting career development
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within ERP operations including automation, standardization, and efficiency gains
• Act as the ERP leader by driving theorganization’sstrategy to support the goals andobjectiveswhile ensuring alignment with global standards and practices.
• Serves as a subject matter expert and resource to employees and customers,demonstratedby workplace visibility and knowledge of issues,systems, andstandards.
• Establish and enforce enterprise standards for ERP configuration, master data governance, reporting integrity, and enhancement intake to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
• Oversee system configuration and integration activities across finance, supply chain, and HR modules, ensuring changes support operational requirements and do not disrupt downstream processes.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders,including but not limited toIT,Finance,SupplyChain, and HumanResourcesto translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions and system improvements.
• Ensure end-user support models, integration monitoring, and defect resolution processesmeetservice expectations and drive platform adoption.
• Lead system testing, upgrades, data conversions, and reporting enhancements while minimizing operational disruption and ensuringchangereadiness. Represent the ERP team in transformation initiatives,new technologyimplementations, and ERP process integration projects.
• Track and report on ERP performance metrics, enhancement throughput, data quality, and operational risks, escalating issues as needed.

Education

• 7years ofprogressive experiencewith ERP systems or enterprise systems experience(required)
• 5years of experienceleading multidisciplinary teams within an ERP or shared services environment (required)

• Experience withsystem governance, master data, reporting, integrations, and platform enhancements (required)
• Experiencesupportinglarge‑scaleERP platforms within healthcare or similarly complex regulated environments (preferred)
